Thank you for choosing Ninebot Malaysia Sdn Bhd and Eco Pro Technology Sdn Bhd (“Ninebot Malaysia”) as your trusted provider of electric mobility products. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read the following warranty terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase. These terms and conditions outline the warranty coverage provided by Ninebot Malaysia for products purchased directly from Ninebot Malaysia or Eco Pro Technology Sdn Bhd only.

2 Years Warranty Terms and Conditions
*When there is water damage or physical accident the warranty does not cover physical damage or water damage. Any modifications to the scooter electronic system will void the warranty. The claims will be provided from the purchase date. When a part is change the warranty will not be extended for additional Months.
*Purchases from Lazada and Shopee or other sellers will have to find back the respective seller. Ninebot Malaysia only will serve claims from all Malaysia Nation Wide Decathlon Shops, Ninebot Malaysia Sdn Bhd, and Eco Pro Technology Retail Shops.
* Segway Ninebot Malaysia reserves the rights to terminate buyers warranty if we have detected any physical modification to the scooter electrical systems, water damage, accidents, stolen goods or not registered owners.

Ninebot Segway Malaysia provides a 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty and 6 Months Battery Warranty for all Ninebot Segway products purchased from Decathlon Malaysia all branches or Ninebot Malaysia Sdn Bhd or Eco Pro Technology Sdn Bhd only In the event of a manufacturer’s defect in your Ninebot Segway product from Ninebot Malaysia,

Ninebot Malaysia will verify the issue and perform a replacement on the parts that is defected by claiming the warranty from Ninebot Segway headquarters provided the unit is still under the Official Ninebot Malaysia warranty duration. Refunds in cash do not apply for any products.

Ninebot Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Eco Pro Technology Sdn Bhd or Ninebot Inc will not be responsible or be liable to any accident, fault, death, injury or incidents which is caused by the device supplied. Usage of all products supplied will be on the users own risk.

  1. Warranty Coverage: 1.1. Ninebot Malaysia warrants that the product you have purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a specified period from the date of purchase, as mentioned in the product documentation or as indicated on the packaging. 1.2. The warranty only covers the repair or replacement of defective parts or the entire product, at Ninebot Malaysia’s discretion. The warranty does not cover any other costs associated with the repair or replacement, including but not limited to shipping charges, labor costs, or any consequential damages.
  2. Warranty Eligibility: 2.1. The warranty is applicable only to products purchased directly from Ninebot Malaysia Sdn Bhd or Eco Pro Technology Sdn Bhd. Proof of purchase, such as a valid sales receipt or invoice, is required to claim warranty services. 2.2. Products purchased from any other sellers, including unauthorized resellers, will not be covered under Ninebot Malaysia’s warranty. For such products, warranty claims must be directed to the respective seller or manufacturer, as per their terms and conditions.
  3. Warranty Exclusions: 3.1. The warranty does not cover: a) Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or improper handling of the product. b) Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations to the product. c) Damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions provided in the product documentation. d) Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, fading, or cosmetic damages. e) Damage caused by environmental factors, such as extreme temperatures, moisture, or natural disasters. f) Consumable parts, such as tires, brake pads, batteries, or other components with a limited lifespan. 3.2. Ninebot Malaysia reserves the right to determine whether a claim falls within the warranty coverage and to assess the eligibility for repair or replacement.
  4. Warranty Claim Process: 4.1. To initiate a warranty claim, contact Ninebot Malaysia’s customer support or visit the nearest authorized service center. Provide the proof of purchase and detailed information regarding the issue experienced with the product. 4.2. Ninebot Malaysia or its authorized service center will evaluate the warranty claim and may require the product to be brought in for inspection or repair. 4.3. If the warranty claim is approved, Ninebot Malaysia will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective parts or product. The repaired or replaced product will be covered under the remaining warranty period of the original purchase. 4.4. Any transportation costs or shipping charges incurred for warranty services shall be borne by the customer.
  5. General Provisions: 5.1. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. 5.2. Ninebot Malaysia reserves the right to modify or terminate the warranty terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. 5.3. This warranty is provided in addition to any statutory rights that you may have as a consumer under applicable laws. 5.4. Ninebot Malaysia shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
